Im pretty simple, I found at my age I just want to enjoy what I have which isn't much. I do have a monthly imcome from my retirement so rent within reason will not be a problem. It would be nice to room with a single lady in her 50's that is just looking for a friend to shair a place to live and possibly shopping together.
