The house in a coresack and it very quite and I have nice neighbors. Rules are No Partying No Smoking No Loud noise at night. For in a roommate I would like to see that person clean up after himself. It half of the utilities you have access to the whole house when I am not around. The kitchen get done everything is very new inside.
