just moved to area due to health issues. warmer climate helps my body and arthritis. was in serious motorcycle accident in 2004. i broke 44 bones and shattered 5 vertebrae. i also collapsed a lung. i get along fine. driving can be a problem for me so need a roomie who wouldnt mind grocery shoppin ,lol. love the weather and are. im secure enough and domesticated enogh to live with either gender. able to care for myself, clean and im a superb cook. love something near water or pool access. thanks
