We don't actually have the place yet. I need a roommate or two to secure it. It's a 2 bedroom with a flexible living space to be made into two smaller rooms giving us a third bedroom. This makes it 900 per person. With just two of us living in the two bedrooms its 1350 per person. That's a little steep for me but doable until we find a third roommate. Roosevelt Island is amazing with 1 subway stop to midtown Manhattan. Everything in the place is brand new and never lived in!
