We have a bedroom available and a shared bathroom (I use it to take baths) Preferably no pets because we have a house full of pets (3 cats, 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs).. We do tend to stay up late. I work nights and don't get home till 1-3 am usually. I am usually quiet and it didn't bother our previous roommate; who worked 4 am. No smoking indoors.
