i live in a 2 bedroom condo, im actually renting out the master bedroom. Its emtpy cept for a full size bunk bed and a entertainment shelf and theres also a huge size closet. I have a wahser and dryer in the condo thats included in rent as is the utilities and water and 24 hour usage of the kitchen and bathroom and other things in my place.
