Looking to rent an unfurnished master bedroom with private bath, walk-in closet. Prefer professional, mature female. I do have pets, they are crated when I am not home. No smoking/ drugs (incl. pot), some alcohol ok. I work a lot of hours, so there is plenty of privacy. I am not into the late nights/ party scene, am very clean. Community pool, close to ocean, safe walking area. Some garage space avail. for storage. Short drive to Schofield, $800 for rent, split electric, I pay water.
