I am looking to rent out the smaller of the two rooms. I am looking for a person that is clean, doesn’t party too hard and doesn’t mind that I have a black lab puppy in the house. I do smoke but not in the house. The room is small but the house is very clean. I pay $790.00 in rent but I am only asking $300.00 for the room.
