The place is open, airy, relatively spacious. I have the big tv, grill etc all taken care of. Personally, I am a 29 year old software engineer. I keep the place pretty neat, but I'm not a nazi about it. I think I'm a reasonably good roommate. I appreciate my privacy and would respect yours, but if you're the kind of person who is up for hanging out sometimes, I'd be up for that too. I don't *need* a roommate, I just think a good roommate can be more fun than living alone.
