Josh here. I will have a room available on 6/1/2020. Rent is $825 per month and will be split between myself and whoever will be occupying the room. This room is in the Mountainview Estates apartment complex. Garbage is included in rent. I’m a very respectful, clean, and responsible person who values privacy and expect the same from a roommate. The complex itself is also very quiet with VERY FEW students. Utilities are not included in the rent.
