This house is absolutely great. It's only a 5 minute drive to Crane Beach, and it is the last house on the peninsula. The ocean is literally 30 feet from the back deck. Can easily paddle to Choate Island using a kayak launched from the backyard. If you are a professional looking for a great place to relax, with plenty of quiet and great scenery. This is the place. There is plenty of parking, and the all rooms in the house have cathedral ceilings. Washer/dryer are brand new. Deck on 2 sides.
