I'm looking for 1 roommate to move into our 5 bedroom house for the upcoming school year. The lease is from May 2015-May 2016. It's a great location on the corner of Mill st and Palmer, and the rooms are all about the same size. There is a $500 dollar deposit and rent is $500 dollars a month per person, plus utilities and the other three roommates are girls.
