Rent is about 605 a month and first month deposit is 300. We would go half and half on everything. Utilities combined would probally not go over 100 and if it does, not by much. I'm a non smoker and I dont drink or party. I can tolerate smoking as long as its strictly outside. Im very respectable to my roommates and dont go inviting complete strangers over w/o permission. If interested we can talk on the phone or meet at the apartment and discuss things in further detail.
