I have a brand new condo, in which you will have your own private bedroom and your own bathroom. The condo has many of the amenities you may need and although there is no pool, the condo borders the state park that offeres, concerts, a pool, tennis courts and running/walking paths.

Quiet, large apartment complex. Apartment on end of building with HUGE side yard (large enough for 3 weeping willow trees). Married couple in 2 bedroom apartment looking for a single, RESPONSIBLE person to live in 2nd bedroom to help pay rent-rental office CAN'T know of roommate-will be "under the table".
