misteeso   1 Bedroom in Elk Grove used to be a kid's room. Has a full-size bed, small two drawer end table, and slide-in closet. The room is on the second floor. Shared bathroom, Street parking, and utilities included as long as respectful and not wasteful. We are respectful and courteous people and expect the same in return. The first month and $500 deposit are due at the signing of the month to month lease agreement. This is a happy, and relaxed environment in a good neighborhood.
