SeanR   Internet, cable and power are all included in your rent. You will have the master bedroom and master bathroom in a 3 bedroom floor level apartment. Also, access to the living room, laundry room and kitchen. I use the other 2 bedrooms. The apartment is 1 mile from Pinehurst Country Club and close to the Pinehurst Brewing Company. There are walking trails close by and a fitness center in the complex. I'm very low key and spend most of my time home with my new rescue dog.
