Each unit is allocated two parking spaces in front of condo. Condo is around 1200 sqft. Fullly furnished except for the 2nd bedroom with a back screened in porch. Two story condo; bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs while kitchen, den and dining are downstairs. Entrance is on base level. Storage area is connected.
