Mills   This is a townhouse, you get a private bedroom. Cable and high speed internet are negotiable. It will cost approx. 50 more a month split between the two of us. As far as a telephone goes, I use a cell phone for all my calls so if you want a land line its all your bill. That is what sticks out to me at the moment if you have any other questions feel free to contact me.
