i am a single dad. i have my sons every other weekend. they're 4(soon to 5) and 6. my youngest is autistic,but a wonderful little boy. very rarley will i have overnight guest. i do work out at home in the morning before work. i dont lift weights so that is'nt a problem. i do make a morning shake for breakfast. in a blender. i work mon-fri 8am-5pm
