Bathroom, washer/dryer, living room, and spare bedroom located in basement as well. First floor contains kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dining and living rooms. Second floor contains 1 bedroom. Located in safe, family neighborhood.

The house looks small from the outside, but when you get in there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with 2 full baths. then downstairs there in a finished basement with 2 more bedrooms and a familyroom a full bathroom and laundry and storage.
jenners777   This apartment building only has 8 apartments in it, and everything's pretty quiet around here... we're in a very rural area, with lots of big, old houses surrounding us. We're fairly close to downtown Lincoln, but it doesn't take long to get anywhere else in town, either!

raiderfan   I recently bought this new house in July, and I would like to have a roommate. I have two adorable kittens, so it's probably not best if you're allergic. I live by myself, so it would be nice to have someone else around the house. All three bedrooms are upstair, with a separate bathroom for whomever moves in. I'm looking for someone in their 20s or 30s. I'm real easy to get along with and have had many good roommates in the past.

adimick   Duplex near 36th and Q streets in Lincoln, NE. The details of my place are as follows: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen/dining area, washer/dryer, fenced-in backyard, and garage. The rent is $265 a month each and includes water and garbage. Typically the utility charges run about $90 each a month and include electricity, gas, basic cable and cable internet.
