Beautiful house on a hill with a view of Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, and Salem/Keizer/Brooks looking Northward. House is less than 1 year old. Room is 11 x 17 (approx) with a full closet, ceiling fan, low rise windows. Bath has full tub/shower, two sinks, mirrored full-length doors on linen closet. House has gormet kitchen, side-by-side fridge with ice and water, glass topped stove, built-in micro, instant hot water, dishwasher, laundry room has full-sized washer dryer. 1/2 the garage for parking.

Prefer someone with no kids since there's not really room for more than one person in rental area, may be open to discussion. House is very nice, about 2700 sq. ft., in a nice area,close to downtown. No pets or smoking! Rental area is about 700 sq. ft. Utilities are included. Subject to background and criminal check. Room can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice.
