Its a very cute little duplex off campus but not too far away. Its very spacious and is in GREAT condition. the landlord is very flexible and is willing to help in any way possible!

The brick townhouse is in a nice area, not too far from Georgia Southern. You could walk, or ride the bus if needed. The room is spacious with two closets and a private bath. Living room is already furnished. Need someone to sublease ASAP!
