I have a room for rent in a nice two bedroom house in Jacksonville. The house is lovely with hardwood floors throughout, central air/heat, and the nicest landlady I've ever met. Pets are allowed within reason. I have a dog and two cats so they would have to be able to get along. I'd be happy to show the house to anybody who is interested.
