Room for rent is in the finished/carpeted basement of a 99 year old house next to the Yahara river and Madison bike path only .5 miles from downtown. Room features a unique cubbyhole bed chamber built into the wall and carpeted up to the ceiling and mattress is provided. Two floor levels windows, a storage room with washer/dryer, large closet and shared bathroom with closet are also in the basement as well. Upstairs kitchen and dinette would be shared as well.
