Beautiful apartment and location! Neighbors are great and the complex is very safe (Monitered by an on duty police officer 4/7 nights). The apartment itself is well designed and spacious. Great for someone who is just starting out!

The house has a perfect location. It is extremely close to interestate, yet it is in a nice quiet neighborhood. (25 minutes from knoxville, sevierville, and morristown.) It is also only 13 minutes away from Carson Newman college.
