I have two cats, but one is shy and never comes out of my room, my roommate has only seen her a few times in the two years. They are indoor only. Other than that, I work full time and go to ASU. ROOM FOR RENT! Room includes closet and private bathroom in a 3 bedroom home in Chandler. Room has cable and high speed internet hookup. Great location (at Ray & Rural) with large backyard and pool! Total rent is $325 plus 1/3 of utilities or $450 including all utilities. Already in the house is my boyfriend and I. I am a full-time ASU Student and he works in golf. I am a fairly quiet and bookish type when at home. I don't watch TV, and rarely turn on the radio. I almost never entertain at home - my home is someplace I go to get away from the world, not invite it in. What I tend to do at home is read, do yoga, weight training, and work on my computer. Occasionally I rent a movie to watch. Outside the house, I like to go to restaurants and cafes and endlessly discuss life, the universe and everything with my friends and the occasional stranger.

Beautiful home in chandler. Close to the 101 and chandler mall. Full back yard with private pool and jacuzzi! Private room, shared bath (big enough for two people to share). Washer/dryer in unit!

Property is very new only 3 yrs old I believe has a huge swimming pool, fitness center. I am on the second floor and its around 1100 square feet.
