We are couple (medical student & chef). We are using 2
of the bedrooms & would like to sublet the 3rd. Here are
the details:
The house is uptown. It is convenient to the undergrad
campus, the streetcar, coffeshops, etc.
The house is 2000 sq. feet, 2 floors. The house has window
units (which are manageable), a washer/dryer, off street
parking, hardwood floors, and good neighbors. We have
DSL w/ wireless, DirectTV,& 2 unobstrusive declawed cats.
