My preference is for a fairly well adjusted, upfront and honest person who has some common sense and decent boundaries (ie I will not intrude on your life unless asked and I expect the same.) No mentally unbalanced persons please... that is what I live with now, and it is most unpleasant. I have a great dog as well.
kpblondie04   The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood in uptown new orleans. It is close to supermarkets and many stores. It is also very close to I-10 which can take you anywhere you want to go. Everything in the apartment is furnished except for your bedroom. Digital cable, internet and a phone are all installed in the apartment. We are two laid back people who like to keep the apartment clean and tidy.
