This is a brand new home that is two stories I have two rooms for rent and they are both upstairs with a shared bath for the two rooms and also a shared loft upstairs. I will be staying downstairs in the masterbedroom. I do not care if you smoke but there will be NO SMOKING in the house and NO SHOES are to be worn in the house. I am looking for a clean professional person who is very responsible. Everything in the home is brand new.

I'm a hard worker and have no problem holding down a job. I clean up after myself and don't mind helping around the house, and I do smoke but have no problem having to go outside to do so. I don't do drugs and drink/party very rarley. I don't have any pets and there are no children living with me, but I would appreiciate having my fiance come to spend the night with me a few times.
