My house is only about 9 years old. Its a 3 bedroom, but one of them I use as a office. I have 2 full baths, washer and dryer. The kitchen and living room are fully open, with vaulted cedar ceilings. The kitchen all nice appliances. I have hard wood floors though the house except in the bedrooms there is carpet. Also have a covered deck that is very nice in the summer, with a 2 car garage, and concrete drive. I have a dog that stays outside, inside a fence.

Hey! I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house looking for a female roommate to move in with me. The rent is $400 a month with utilities, including Comcast internet and cable. There is a back and front porch and a bonus room upstairs. There is also a garage which I mostly use for storage. I own a siamese cat. Nice nieghborhood close to MTSU. I have recently graduated and simply don't need
the room anymore. I need a subleaser for at least
5 months. There are two rooms available. One with
a shared bath, and one with a private bath. The
one with private bath is the master bedroom and is
$315 a month. Utilities usually come up to $70.
Quiet neighborhood and the roommates are either
never there, or are insanely quiet. Either room
comes with a free desk if interested.
