It's actually a choice between the finished basement with a full bathroom (for $600) or the extra upstairs bedroom (for $500). Utilities (Cable, phone, internet, electric) should be around $100 a month. I'm hoping to find a roommate who will become a friend and not just a stranger who rents a room.
