This is a cute 2 bedroom apartment. It's just west of the plaza. (Easily walking distance to the plaza). The landlords are really nice. My parents will be furnishing the living room area. (I have a TV and DVD/VHS player also.)

Unfinished basement for storage, work out space, whatever. 3rd bedroom kind of small use for a shared office with a sofa sleeper for guest. Nice yard, good for bbqing. Close to the community college.
