My brother and I had this house built in March of 2002. It's very new and very well taken care of. The third roommate will have their own half bathroom but will share a shower in the second bath. I have a dog which is very loveable and easy to handle, so any applying roommates must be sociable around her. There is a good size backyard with a deck(no hot tub yet).

I'm very permissive and easy-going-- what you do with your life is your own business. At the same time, I can be sort of nervous nelly, a little anxious and awkward sometimes. I'm very socially and philosophically open, but I completely respect the privacy of others. I'm hoping to find a house or duplex that will afford me plenty of peace and privacy, preferrably in central or south-central Austin. Shared amenities: hi-spd internet (cable); living rm w/fireplace; full kitchen w/microwv, dishwasher, disposal, etc; utility rm w/washer,dryer; garage & long driveway for your car. Nice patio, great yd. (See photos) I'm friendly, mature, college grad. You: responsible, stable. No drama.
