We are VERY clean and respect our roommates. We will leave your stuff alone, not consume your food/drinks, take the trash out, clean up after ourselves, lock the door when we leave, pay the bills on time and not leave our clothes sitting in the W/D for days on end. We're quiet and pretty much keep to ourselves.

Mariram   It is about 2 minutes from Hwy 14 and 10-15 minutes from I-205. I would be ready for a roommate around the 1st of October (this is negotiable). The room would include all utilities (except phone, I use a cell), basic cable and broadband internet. It is a pretty large room with a good sized closet. An additional room may be available. kinipeli   My SE Portland (near 148th & Division/close to Gresham) starter home is quiet, comfortable, and cozy. I've got 2 dogs that love people and are a part of my family! I'm renting two rooms separated with an open doorway that were converted from my oversized single car garage. These rooms are fully insulated, have heat, and have new sheet rock and paint. Low rent with optional satellite and option to share my computer with DSL connection. I AM NOT A PAID MEMBER!!
