The apartment is medium size and comfortably accommodates 2 people. It has 1 bedroom, which will be yours, it is 12X12’ with a door, closet, and 2 windows, my bedroom will be a screened off portion of the living room.

The rent is $969 per person for a two bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room duplex with storage space , courtyard and washer inside apt. The building is only 3 years old and is on Vanderbilt and Gates in the Clinton Hills Area of Brooklyn.
