Luvdovy   Its a pretty nice apartment for a great price. I have been living here for 9 months and my roommate is going to move out when the lease is up. Rent is based on income so if you arent makeing much the apt is still affordable. Quite neighborhood for the most part. 15 min from downtown lakeland 25 min from brandon. When my roomie leaves she will be taking the living room furniture, so any living room furniture would be welcome.

I have a 3 year old daughter that lives with me part time (a few days a week) so I am looking for someone who doesnt mind children too much (she stays in the room 90 percent of the time).
