sinaking   I am currently a graduate student at WVU that is looking for a roommate for the 2018-2019 year. I currently live in a town home and my roommate is transferring. The Town-home has a garage, 2.5 baths (your own private bath), patio, washer/driver, office and only 5-7 minutes from health sciences campus.

Pets are allowed. First and last month rent due at signing. There is also a non refundable pet deposit if you are bringing a pet. Be advised I also have a beautiful doggo.
