Enjoy lounging in the spacious living room watching the 50" plasma with surround. Plenty of storage available in the basement. Access to the fitness facilities, pool, and plenty of trails for running/biking. I will provide high-speed Internet access. KFA   I have a townhouse in Stone Ridge, VA, which is about 5 miles west on route 50 from Chantilly, Va. The community is all brand new with two pools, a workout room, coffee bar and several walking/running/biking trails. The room I have for rent is about 12x14 with your own bathroom. The kitchen, laundry, living room, deck and backyard would all be shared with me and my dog. I am asking $650 plus half of the utilities. I am really hoping to find a roommate I click with.
