Part of a 2 BR apt. in a 2 family house. Within walking distance of downtown and very close to I-84/Exit 5. Apt. features 1 Bath, Eat In Kitchen, Extra Closet space, hardwood floors and other cool amenities such as Cable, High-Speed Internet and a Ping Pong table! it's quiet, conveniently located on route 302, 1.5 mi. from downtown bethel.

This is part of an apartment community only about five minutes from the center of Danbury and ten minutes from the mall. It's in a very nice area overlooking the country club and certainly has its wealth of features as you can see. Two music students at Western Connecticut State University are sharing a three bedroom place and need a roommate, hence this profile. Please note that there are 2 bathroom, so one will need to be shared. The rent is approximate and most utilities are not included.

I'm 23, I go to school at Housatonic in Bridgeport, and I work at a gas station in Fairfield. I'm very easy-going, I can be clean and quiet and keep to myself, if my roommate wants silence, or wants to party all night, either way it's kool. I don't smoke cigarettes and I rarely drink or do anything else, if I do it's only socially and never at home. I have everything i need furniture-wise, and I can fit my stuff to the size of the room. I don't have pets or kids, but I don't mind if you do.
