Close to grocery stores, drug stores, shopping, gym, fast food, restaurants, freeway, local community college, and downtown. Amenities: Washer/Dryer, granite in bathrooms and kitchen, dishwasher, central heat and A/C, fireplace, wood floors, bedrooms carpeted, large backyard, garage.
