It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1093 sq ft. All common living space and spare bathroom is fully furnished. I do have a spare bedroom suit, but no matress for it. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Livingroom and eat in kitchen are downstairs.

the whole upstairs would be yours it includes 2bd and 1 bath sorry but the tub is down stairs 1 bedroom is huge the other is kinda small willin to move the computer room upstairs if you wanted the other downstairs bedroom
