There is a deck, screened patio, POOL, fireplace and a vaulted ceiling living room. Very nice :-) If you like to have fun and are a positive kind of person, we will get along just fine! I have never had trouble getting along with anyone and consider myself a pretty good roommate. I look forward to hearing from you!!!
You would have to pay 1/2 utilities, phone and cable and the house is furnished, minus your room so you'd need a bed :-)

3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse. Tile downstairs, carpet upstairs. Bedroom available is upstairs. Common living area is furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished. Split 1/3 of utilities including electricity, water, cable, and phone (if you so choose). Deposit is due over a period of time because landlady is flexible.

I am a freshman student at FSU (psychology & biology major) and I work for a babysitting service part time. I have three pets and I am very picky about letting anyone else take care of them. The cat is nearly 4 years old and is very very sweet. The puppy is a black lab and she is already crate trained. The bird is a baby senegal parrot that isn't at all loud but likes to talk. They are all very sweet and friendly. I am easy to get along with and i'm looking for someone to share the bills with.
