jo0lz716   Hi! I am looking for a roommate to move in on may 1st. $425 includes all utilities, wireless internet and satelitte TV. The apartment is fully furnished, aside from the bedroom you'd be using. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with very close proximity to UB, Daemen, and ECC. It is also very close to the Galleria Mall, and the airport. It's only a minute from the 33, and therefore only ten minutes from basically everywhere. There is off-street parking, and a nice big backyard.
