Home is in beautiful wooded section of Stonecrest. Kitchen and laundry room priviledges and full use of two bedrooms with large closets. Entire home is furnished beautifully; however, the two rooms available will need furniture. Share full-size garage with garage door opener. Stonecrest is gated and remote access is included. Would like to find a roommate or sublet for the winter months. In the summer I would move back to Iowa. I have MS and use a walker or cane, but not a wheelchair and I try to stay as active as possible. I am a very friendly and kind person, and I respect others. I like to travel in the winter months, but hate to leave my very clean and well-behaved cat behind. I love The Villages and would like to live there with my cat and a roommate for the winter.

Its just my dad and I now that my sister has moved out, and we're having a bit of trouble trying to make ends meet. We're only asking $250 a month, which is less than a third of the total rent. We aren't nosy, noisy, rude, dirty or crazy. Well, maybe just fun crazy on the weekends. ;) Just looking for someone responsible to help us out financially. You'd pay rent and a 3rd of the bills (Electric, cable...). You'd be sharing the guest bathroom with me.
