Amazing condo!! 3 minutes away from walmart 7 from the mall and down town franklin. save and quite neighborhood. very close to everything in town. outside property managed by subdivision's association. small studio on first floor that leads to patio with quaint swing. spacious kitchen with breakfast space that leads to deck. washer and dryer on first floor in separate room. rooms for rent furnished with beds.
