pay1120   End unit townhome built in 2005. The room also includes a sperate living/loft area. You are welcome to paint the room whatever color you would like and the room lis located on the second floor. The main living room and kitchen are located on the first floor along with a half bath. The second floor is the main bed, second bed(room for rent) the loft area, the full bath and the laundry room. There is a garage stall avalibe for whom ever rents the room.

Curt17   I am employed full time right in st joseph at Sunset MFG. I am out of the house from 7:15-4:30 weekdays, and gone every weekend usually. Currently i am residing at Parkbury villa in Waite park where i have a flawless rental history. I keep my place clean and am not afraid of doing household chores. I am not against noise or parties, but at the same time i don't have any myself. I am available to move whenever if this works for you.
