I have 2 car garage which would be used for storage. The roommate will have own bathroom and own living room. Only thing shared would be the kitchen so lots of privacy! There’s a trail just behind the house which leads to a creek and then to a nice sized lake. North of this pasture is Bear Creek State Park with many trails for hiking. A public pool is just around the corner. Next to this pool are a nice sized grassy park. W470/I-70 is just 10 min drive and Downtown Denver is 25 min away.

Just trying to find somewhere to stay for about six
to seven months. I will leave for Europe in the
Spring. I work two part time jobs but have a
steady income. Not looking for anything too fancy

a clean residence. I would just prefer a lower rent

3100 sq ft home, awesome views, deck, BBQ, very clean home, I have 2 cats, so must not be allergic, empty bedroom and private bath in finished basement. Exercise room with equipment. Easy 10 min. access to Hwy 285 and Conifer.

I'm about 6ft "4" very easy going I get along with most people. I appreciat a clean house so no mess arround me and I will be a happy camper. other than that I'm very active. I work a lot during the week and I try to go out on the weekend....just regular clubbing or maybe movies.
I also enjoy sport, espacialy basketball and fitness.
I need a clean roomate,not too noisy, especially during the week. No Drugs!!!!
