I am a Psych major and I like to party, but it is not an everyday thing, usually the weekends. I clean up after my roomate now and I do not need to be a mother to anyone else!!! My friend and I just signed a lease for an apartment 1 mile off GVSU's Allendale campus. Our apartment is 2 bedrooms 1 bath and is very nice. It is about $800 a month with free high speed internet, basic cable, balcony, free parking, free water, and free trash pick up. The only thing we would pay would be electricity and heat. Located near GVSU, many young adults living in area, mostly students. BRAND NEW townhouse, fully furnished, very nice. Full bath connected to bedroom, and huge closet. Gym open 24/7, clubhouse, coffee house, restaurants close by. Only 15 minutes from downtown G.R. Free premium cable and highspeed internet. Three awesome roommates.

Brand New! The room you'll take is downstairs where it's nice and private. Very large closet and lovely bathroom. Hard wood floors are everywhere! Comfortable and warm. Nice neighborhood. Five minute drive from GVSU campus. A bus drives by every few minutes and it's FREE!
