For $650/mo you can rent the downstairs (lower level of the house) w/one large bedroom w/2 closets, a private full bath & hall closet, too. The family room is furnished & private. There's tons of storage space, the home is only 1 yr old & has a great sized yard. We will allow only an outside dog. No pets in the house currently.
