Mknapp64   Bascially, I am looking for a quiet, non intrusive male or female. I need to have reasonable utility costs and rent. I am pursuing my Masters at Tulane University in Social Work. My preference is for a fairly well adjusted, upfront and honest person who has some common sense and decent boundaries (ie I will not intrude on your life unless asked and I expect the same.) LizaJ   We are couple (medical student & chef). We are using 2 of the bedrooms & would like to sublet the 3rd. Here are the details: The house is uptown. It is convenient to the undergrad campus, the streetcar, coffeshops, etc. The house is 2000 sq. feet, 2 floors. The house has window units (which are manageable), a washer/dryer, off street parking, hardwood floors, and good neighbors. We have DSL w/ wireless, DirectTV,& 2 unobstrusive declawed cats.
kpblondie04   The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood in uptown new orleans. It is close to supermarkets and many stores. It is also very close to I-10 which can take you anywhere you want to go. Everything in the apartment is furnished except for your bedroom. Digital cable, internet and a phone are all installed in the apartment. We are two laid back people who like to keep the apartment clean and tidy.
